Frequently asked questions
What people ask before their first swap.
Do I need an account?
No. No sign up, no email, no password. Every swap gets its own private link. Save it, or follow the swap in our Telegram bot.
Is there KYC?
No. No ID, no passport, no selfie, no phone number, no email. A swap does not need to know who you are.
Who holds my coins?
You do. Each swap gets a one time deposit address and the new coins go to the wallet address you give. We never keep a balance.
Where does the rate come from?
From the live market at the moment you look. The amount shown is what reaches your wallet after every fee, with the market price right next to it.
What are the fees?
Nothing extra. Our fee and the network fee are already inside the amount you see.
Fixed or floating?
Floating settles the amount when your deposit confirms and is usually a little better. Fixed locks the amount you see if you send in time, for a small premium.
How fast is a swap?
Most swaps finish in 5 to 30 minutes. It mostly depends on how quickly the coin you send confirms. Bitcoin is slower than Tron or Solana.
Why would a swap be held?
Every deposit is screened against sanctions lists and known stolen funds. A flagged deposit gets a short check before it is released or refunded. Send us your swap ID and we keep you posted.
I want to swap $100,000 or more
Use the desk. Message @swap1337bot before you send for a better price and one person on your swap from start to finish.
What if I send a different amount?
On a floating swap the amount that arrives is used. On a fixed swap a different amount turns it into a floating swap or a refund. Amounts below the minimum are refunded minus the network fee.
Do you keep logs?
No. Our web server records nothing about visits and swaps are never stored with an IP address. No cookies, analytics or trackers.
Can I delete my swap?
Yes. When a swap has ended, its page has an Erase now button that deletes the record and both addresses on the spot. Otherwise it is erased after 7 days.
